1. Machine flow Processing:

Open-width fabric entry → fabric tighten device → disc-screw thread spreading → initiative fabric feeding, crentring → down overfeed → spreading and weft correcting → upper overfeed → pinning-on → tentering (dewing, taping, drying ) → pinning-off → double felt compacting → belt conveying → plaiting.

2. Features of the machine:

A. The machine ensures that open-width knitted fabric is controlled and equalized in width without any distortion. This is achieved through a pinning and width management system in an equalizing frame. Additionally, there is an option to have an individual chain adjustment system.

B. The steam box is condensate-free and can compensate for different widths. It is also made of a completely corrosion-resistant material.

C. The pinning process is tensionless and distortion-free. The fabric is fed directly and smoothly into the compacting unit, without any creases.

D. Both compacting units have a specially designed elastic felt belt.

E. The machine is equipped with heatable smoothing and shrinking rollers, which are used to smooth the knitted fabric.
